Collection & delivery
Courier collection
If you have an urgent delivery then book early and we can collect same-day collection throughout the UK and Saudi Arabia.
Prior to collection, make sure you print your shipping labels, and affix them to the parcel, don’t wait until our driver is knocking on your door, or we might not be able to wait to collect your parcel.
If you don’t want to wait for the courier to arrive, select one of our convenient drop-off services.
Saudi Arabia delivery
Before you choose your delivery date it’s a good idea to make sure someone will be in to accept your parcel. We deliver between 9am and 7pm on working weekdays, so someone should be available at the delivery address all day.
If this is inconvenient, consider booking a timed delivery, to narrow down when we will arrive. If you have sent a big or bulky parcel, then our driver cannot unload it on their own; for health and safety reasons you must assist them.
Tracking your delivery to Saudi Arabia
Unravel the mystery of international shipping with Parcelcompare’s real-time delivery tracking. We show you the countries, ports and depots which your parcel passes through on its way to its destination, so you always know where it’s headed next.
And should your delivery fall behind schedule, we’ll email you and your receiver to let you know. Our UK-based customer services team are experts at working with our couriers on the ground to make sure your parcel overcomes any obstacles.
Sending gifts to Saudi Arabia
As if they don’t have enough already, Saudi Customs are clearly keen to spread a little sunshine throughout the country, offering a tax and duties exemption for all gifts imported into the country worth up to US$100. To qualify for this, be sure to add ‘gift shipment’ to your goods description when making your booking.
It’s lovely to rip open fresh wrapping paper and uncover the present beneath, but with international shipping there’s always the chance that it will be customs officers enjoying this pleasure. Consider a gift bag for easy-to-open attractive presentation.
Large and heavy shipping to Saudi Arabia
Don’t let the bulk of your parcel get you down – let Parcelcompare take the weight off for you. We can deliver oversized and heavy packages weighing up to 1,000kg, or up to 270cm on their longest side.
We offer a range of door-to-door and port-to-port logistics services for heavy freight delivery, with both fast and economy air-freight options.
If you’re sending an item on a pallet, be sure to tell us in advance and we will provide a pallet truck and vehicle with a tail lift both when we collect and deliver.

Packaging your parcel
It’s a long way from the UK to Saudi Arabia, and your box has to travel that distance surrounded by, or even stacked under, other packages of all shapes and sizes. Package it properly and you can rest safe in the knowledge that your goods are properly protected.
Simply follow these three simple steps when preparing your parcel.
1. GET A NEW BOX
If you think of boxes like athletes about to set out on a long-distance race, then a new box is fresh and rested, whereas an old box has already run a marathon before it has even reached the start line. Which one is more likely to collapse on the way?
2. PACK YOUR BOX
Wrap each item individually, taking care to secure any moving parts. Then place them into your box in a nest of packaging material, such as packing peanuts. Fill your box so that nothing moves when you shake it.
3. SEAL YOUR BOX
Using parcel tape create a Union Flag pattern around your box, going three times in each direction. Cover seams and corners to add extra reinforcement to your box. Attach labels with the barcode easily scannable.
Saudi Arabia public holidays

Don’t leave your family waiting at the door – use the list of public holidays in Saudi Arabia below to plan your shipments. And remember, we don’t deliver or collect on the holiday itself.
