Send parcels to Singapore
Prohibited and restricted items when sending to Singapore
You can send a lot to Singapore with Parcelcompare, but there are still a few things you can’t. Just like you can’t just chew anything you like in the city itself – chewing gum is banned, so you can’t chew it in the street and you can’t bring it into the country. That’s just one example of the restrictions in place – every country has their own list of restrictions and rules, and some of the goods that are not allowed into Singapore includes:
Cigarette lighters that are shaped like firearms
Rhino horn in any condition
Firearms or explosives
Ammunition
Handcuffs
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of goods that are prohibited for import into Singapore. You can see the full list on the Singapore Customs website.
Just like Singapore, Parcelcompare has a list of items that we’re happy to carry, so have a look at our restricted items list before you send.
