Why is a different courier picking my parcel up?

Some specially discounted shipments travel via one of our sortation centres. This enables us to pass savings onto you.

The parcel will be collected by one courier, then when it arrives at our sortation centre, we check all the paperwork and re-label for the final delivery courier. When you then track your parcel, you will be able to see the delivering courier name and tracking number.
