What happens if the driver cannot fit my shipment onto their vehicle?

Occasionally your courier may not have enough room left in the dispatched van for your parcel. If this happens, track your shipment and choose the rebook option. 

Note: you will not be charged to rebook this collection if your driver cannot fit your correctly measured shipment onto their vehicle.
