What are the charges for rebooking collection?

EVRi, DHL, FedEx, UPS Next day collection - FREE

UPS Same Day Collection - £4

DPD - £10.56

Parcelforce - £7.14

Note: You will not need to rebook collection if your EVRi shipment has not been collected. EVRi makes three collection attempts as standard, so they will try again the following day.

Why do some couriers charge for rebooking collections?

Failed collections cost the courier time and resources and therefore money. Some couriers therefore apply a charge when collection fails.
