The driver said they would come back with a tail-lift vehicle, but they haven’t?

Drivers sometimes commit to re-arranging collections when they are not authorised to do so, and these arrangements often fail.  Please always contact us to arrange re-booking of your collection. 

Sometimes large or awkward shaped items require special equipment for loading such as a pallet truck or vehicle with a tail-lift. If you entered the correct weight and dimensions of your parcel when you booked delivery, the courier should then send a suitable vehicle to collect it, but sometimes they fail to dispatch the correct vehicle, so we also recommend you contact us in advance to advise us that special loading equipment is required.
