My parcel needs two people to lift it and you can't help?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a two-man collection service.

To avoid damage to your parcel or injury to our driver please ensure that someone is on hand to help them load packages heavier than 25kg or longer than 120cm onto their van. Without assistance the driver can refuse to collect your parcel.

If you cannot provide assistance then you will need to arrange for your items to be palletised. Once rebooked, the courier will send a specialist vehicle with a pallet truck.
