You can check whether your shipment was booked as a collection or drop-off service in your confirmation email. The service type will be clearly listed there.

I contacted the carrier and they said the collection is not booked

Sometimes agents check the wrong systems and cannot see a collection booking. We never confirm a collection is scheduled without a digital confirmation from the carrier. So if you see a collection is scheduled on our website, you can rest assured the collection is indeed scheduled.
