I am still waiting to hear why my parcel wasn't collected. How much longer should I wait?

If your parcel was not collected and you have appealed the charge, we will investigate why this has not happened and normally respond within five working days. Sometimes it takes a bit longer for the courier to respond, we will not deduct payment from your card until we have the confirmation from the courier.
