Can the courier refuse to collect, if my items aren't in a box?

Yes, all items need to be boxed. It’s up to you to ensure your items are safely packaged for transportation in accordance with our packaging criteria prior to the driver arriving, otherwise the courier may refuse to collect your items. 

If the driver refuses to collect your package due to packaging, please re-package in accordance with our guidelines, then track your shipment and choose the rebook option. If the courier charges for rebooking, you will have to pay this rebooking charge.
