Can I change my parcel collection date?

Prior to collection you can change the collection date or amend your shipment details. Track your shipment to get started.

It’s free to amend a future dated collection, however charges may apply if you’re changing on the day collection is due. 

When changing your collection date, you should be aware:

• If you change the collection date on the day your parcel is meant to be collected: 

  • The courier may charge a fee.

  • There is a risk the courier may still turn up on the original day.

• You can only book a parcel collection a maximum of five working days in advance. 

EVRi collections can not be amended, however they make 3 collection attempts on 3 consecutive days, or you can drop-off your parcel on any day you wish.
